Fast Hello Terms of Service

This Agreement creates a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Fast Hello Inc. (“Provider”). By using our service or clicking 'I Accept,' you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. You’re also responsible for ensuring anyone using your account follows these terms.

Overview

Fast Hello provides AI-powered voice communication tools that help businesses automate calls, book appointments, and engage customers. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the following terms, policies, and fair use conditions.

Your Subscription

Your subscription gives you non-exclusive, non-transferable access to use Fast Hello’s AI services for your internal business use. All fees and terms are defined in your order form or subscription plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing 30 days before renewal.

Privacy & Data

We take your privacy seriously. Your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://fasthello.ai/privacy). Customer Data belongs to you, and Fast Hello will only use it to deliver and improve our services. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics or product development.

Uptime & Support

Fast Hello strives for 99.5% uptime annually. Scheduled maintenance may occur with reasonable notice. We provide ongoing technical support and system updates to ensure performance and reliability.

Payments

Payments are due according to your selected plan. Overdue accounts may incur a 12% annual interest and suspension of services until balance is cleared. All payments are non-refundable after 14 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information. This includes any proprietary data, trade secrets, and business operations disclosed during use of the service.

Intellectual Property

All software, technology, and materials used by Fast Hello remain the property of Fast Hello Inc. You retain ownership of your Customer Data, and we retain ownership of our platform and innovations.

Cancellation & Termination

You can cancel anytime with written notice. If canceled, service access ends at the end of your billing cycle. Fast Hello may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimer

Fast Hello services are provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all errors will be corrected. We are not liable for damages caused by third-party networks, providers, or integrations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Hello’s total liability will not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Vancouver, BC, in English.
